Popcorn sales were a great success this year.
Pack 437 was the top selling pack in North Trail with $31,840.00. Troop 82 sold $38,681.00 and Troop 437 sold $48,867.00. They were the top two selling troops in Circle Ten. North Trail sold a total of $549,651 this year, which is an increase over last year's total of $527,385. Deadline for turning in money is December 5th at 1pm.

-- Bag Distribution is Saturday, February 13 and Bag Collection is Saturday, February 20. There are still areas available. With all of the unemployment in our area, the need is very great. A small investment of time by you and your unit will make a in the lives of countless numbers of our neighbors.

-- Saturday, November 14th. Union and Confederate troops gather at the Village for Civil War on the Home Front. Participate in hands-on activities, visit with Civil War re-enactors and historic characters, witness a battle re-enactment. Tickets are only $5/person if purchased by November 11.

-- Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and Venturers participated in "deCANstruction" at the Galleria Dallas mall. More than 1,400 people - Cub Scouts, siblings and adult volunteers - attended the 2009 North Trail to Adventure - Cubs & Heroes.

Venturers and adults who want to shoot pistols must have passed the NRA Basic Pistol Marksmanship Course or attend the Friday evening class beginning at 7:00 p.m. on the 20th, camping will be available on Friday night There will be several events including orienteering, black powder shooting, pirate games, a movie night, and much more. The cost is $25 which includes lunch and dinner Saturday and breakfast on Sunday. Everyone attending will get a T-shirt and have a lot of fun! Signup Form Release Form
